D is a well developed, classic warmblood stallion.
His conformation is excellent and he is very willing
to work, possessing a very good attitude.
The proven combination
of Ferro x G Ramiro produced the stallion Metall,
the sire of Special D and is supported on his dam's
side by solid, proven bloodlines with quality movements.
Special D had
a very good performance test in 2001, scoring 8.5
for his ability as a dressage horse. Special D's walk
is spacious and active, his trot is elevated and he
has a super self-carriage and good collection. He
is extremely talented as a dressage horse and possesses
a great deal of 'rideability'.
In 2003 Special
D was the winner of the Pavo Cup for 4 year olds.
In the Stallion Competition 2003/4 he took 2nd place,
and at the 2004 World Championship in Verden Special
D gave a remarkable performance with an average score
of 8.38.
He also took 4th
place in the Stallion Competition 2004/5.
Special D has
consistently produced well developed foals with extremely
good movement. This stallion is very suitable for
breeding modern dressage horses with a lot of power,
charm and character.
He
is now ridden by Diederick van Silfhout

is westphalian bred and branded also graded and approved
with KWPN.
Her
sire Dimmension is the full brother to De Niro.
Maxime
is a very good broodmare with a lot of her progeny
selling overseas.
